Mentor Leaders of Color

Represented Foundation was founded in 2017 by a diverse and passionate team of nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs who wanted to make it easier for emerging leaders of color to thrive in the social impact field. The foundation's Social Impact Incubator Programme aims to eradicate the diversity deficit in social impact leadership by delivering tailored programming for leaders of color.

Role of the Volunteers
1. Meet with their mentee at least one time (1x) per month (virtually)
2. Attend Mentor Orientation (TBD)
3. Attend at least one (1) program session
- Sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
4. Monitor the mentee progress with session objectives throughout the program
5. Join the Mentor Training (TBD) and the Kickback Celebration 

Skills required

Mentor must have experience in the social impact, non-profit, and/or organization development arenas

Minority leaders often struggle to find the kind of guidance and opportunities they need to shine. You will be helping Black and Latinx founders find their voice and help develop up and coming social impact organizations.
